Return Policy

All Mane Attraction Extensions come sealed with a security hair tag for hygiene reasons. However don't fret! You can easily see the colour of your extensions by holding them close to your natural hair without removing them from the pack.

If you are unsure about which colour to swap for, simply send us an email with a few pictures of your hair, in natural lighting, no filters to hello@maneattraction.co and we can match you as close as possible!

To qualify for a refund please make sure your extensions are completely intact, in original condition, and they must not have been used. Once we receive them back from you we will issue you a full store credit or refund subject to our refund policy below.

Any orders refunded are given in full minus the shipping costs incurred by MANE and a $15AUD handling fee.

Our hair extensions are made with only the highest quality hair, we dont rush production to ensure the quality remains perfect for every customer, so some lengths, colours, and types may go out of stock due to not enough raw materials available. If your item is showing as out of stock and pre order only, the easiest and best way to get your hands on this item is by placing a pre order.

All pre order dates are based on approximate time-frames only. 

We understand you want your order ASAP, And we will do everything we can to ensure your items are sent out to you urgently. However if an item is delayed more than 5 days after expected delivery date, then a customer can request a refund or change of order.
